3. Eligibility

To utilize the Service, you must be:

  • At least 18 years of age.

  • Legally able to enter into binding contracts.

  • A female founder or freelancer.

  • Primarily based in the United Kingdom. (We may expand to other regions in the future)

4. Account Creation and Responsibility

To access the full features of the Service, you must create a member account. You warrant that the information you provide during account creation is true, accurate, complete, and current. It is your sole responsibility to:

  • Maintain the confidentiality and security of your account credentials.

  • Immediately notify the Company in writing of any suspected unauthorized use of your account.

  • Accept full liability for all activity occurring under your account.

The Company may, at its sole discretion, terminate or suspend your account if you violate these Terms, breach your representations, or if we believe your actions may cause legal harm to the Company or other users.

5. Membership Fees and Payment

The Wilder Collective operates on a monthly subscription model. Current pricing tiers are detailed on our website. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your chosen payment method on a recurring basis.

  • Automatic Renewals: Your subscription automatically renews unless canceled prior to the next billing date.

  • Cancellations: You have the right to cancel at any time. Cancellation instructions are available on the website or by contacting us.

  • Refunds: Refunds may be granted on a case-by-case basis, as determined by the Company.

  • Failed Payments: We reserve the right to suspend service if payments fail.

6. Intellectual Property

  • Limited License: By posting content, you grant the Company a non-exclusive, worldwide, transferable, royalty-free license to display, reproduce, modify (for technical compatibility), and distribute your content: 

    • Within the Service for other members to access.

    • In promotional materials for The Wilder Collective, with credit to you where reasonably possible.

  • License Termination: This license largely ends upon deleting your content or account, except if your content was shared by others and remains on the Service.

18. No Partnership or Joint Venture
